What if you could shed your doubt and feelings of unworthiness in an afternoon? People are whole beings with extraordinary capabilities to emotionally heal. Just like our bodies are designed to heal, our emotional minds are healing by nature. When we get a cut in our skin, we may clean it and put a band-aid on it, but the healing happens naturally by the body, and so it is for our inner mental and emotional space. When we give our emotional selves a nurturing environment, we heal naturally and quite quickly.
The healing technique I use primarily is called Regenerating Images in Memory (R.I.M.) developed by Dr. Deborah Sandella, Founder of the RIM Institute. It is a powerful mind/body technique that helps to swiftly identify and remove emotional blocks, as well as self-sabotaging beliefs that hold us back from experiencing a healthy, happy, vibrant life. RIM® can offer quick and effective solutions to many ongoing issues and fear based thinking.

What can be resolved?
Stress & Anxiety
Shame & Depression
Grief & Regrets
Toxic Relationships
Addiction
Anger & Frustration
Stress & Anxiety
Stress is dissonance in the body created when thoughts place demands on the body. With prolonged demands that are not acted upon by the body, the body backlogs with chemicals and hormones creating anxiety, insomnia, stress, depression, and overwhelm. We can feel out of control, emotional, or generally dissatisfied with life. Good news is that these thoughts emanate from us, so they can be resolved even if they are sub-conscious, constant, and well established.
Shame & Depression
Shame is an unhealthy cycle of regret which leads to depression, low self-esteem, and self-worth issues. Shame develops from unresolved past events that are stuck in our bodies and unconscious minds. Happily, we can resolve those events easily and quickly bringing a sense of well being and balance to life.
Grief & Regrets
Grief is loss of any type and can include the loss of a person, a job, a relationship, or an opportunity. Grief can be directly related to regrets, self-punishment, and prolonged suffering. You have the capacity to resolve those losses and create your new life without the pain of reliving past events.
Toxic Relationships
Toxic Relationships can be resolved with a single member of the relationship creating emotional change in themselves. There is an escape from cyclical behaviors by generating a positive gravity within yourself.
Addiction
Addiction comes in many forms, alcoholism, drug use, and overeating are common in our culture, but it is inclusive of any behavior that is out of balance. This can include any activity that numbs you to internal thoughts or external events. Social media, reading, gossiping, blaming and complaining, television and even things that are seemingly positive like exercise, can all be forms of temporary relief that can be dysfunctionally applied to life. These are symptoms of deeper issues begging to be resolved and healed. You can see addictions as multiple bandaids piled on a wound that could be healed with proper attention.
Anger & Frustration
Anger and frustration stem from a disconnect between our expectations and observations, what we want to have happen and what is. Our beliefs drive these emotions, and our beliefs are driven by subconscious thought. You can bring the subconscious to the conscious and resolve any beliefs that are no longer serving you.
